Description of Exercise
This exercise program is meant for people who own simply a set of dumbbells.
It’s ideal for people who work out from home, frequently travel, or are brand-new to weightlifting.
It can be followed for up to eight weeks as a comprehensive exercise regimen. At that point, you might want to think about stepping up the intensity of your workouts or switching things up to incorporate more different types of equipment.
As part of this regimen, you must exercise three times a week. It is advised to take a day off in between your workouts because these are full-body workouts.
You could do this program, for instance, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Your body will be able to recuperate from workouts with ample rest thanks to this.
When you exercise, make sure to keep note of your rest intervals. This program calls for a 30- to 60-second break in between each set.
You are welcome to incorporate aerobic and ab-focused exercises as you see fit. On your work-out days, I’d suggest HIIT, and on your off- or recovery-days, a gentler type of cardio.
Please feel free to ask questions in the comments section below if you have any queries about this program!
Proceed to this 4-day training program using only dumbbells once you’ve completed this one.
