Instructions for a One-Arm Seated Cable Row
A fantastic exercise for creating symmetry and bringing up a lagging side of the body is the one-arm seated cable row.
Choose the desired weight to use and fasten a single handle to the low pulley cable machine.
Sit facing the cable with your knees slightly bent.
Using an overhand grip on the handle, raise the weight off the stack with your right hand.
Maintain a straight back and back shoulders. Pull the weight slowly in the direction of your side while bending your wrist.
At the peak of the exercise, squeeze your shoulder blade and pull the weight as far as you can.
Once you’ve stopped, slowly move the weight back to its starting position, being careful not to let it fall into the stack.
After completing the required number of repetitions, switch to the other arm.
