Place the right dumbbells on the floor in front of you after selecting them.

Squat down bend at the knees and grasp the dumbbells with an underhand hold (palms facing up) while maintaining a straight back.

Assume the starting position by bending at the knees and maintaining a straight back. Slide the dumbbells down your thighs until they are barely higher than your knees.

Pull the dumbbells as high beneath your chest as you can to complete the exercise.

After a little pause, carefully return the dumbbells to their initial position.

Continue until you reach the required number of reps.

Maintain a straight back, back shoulder blades and front facing eyes.

When you raise the weight keep your elbows close to your sides.
