With groups of four people working on the same activity at the same station, PunchHIIT’s ten work stations elevate teamwork to a new level. This fosters a newfound sense of community and camaraderie, which motivates students to put in more effort at each station throughout the session. In addition to bag line drills, core work and turf exercises, teams will rotate through ten stations. The moment you enter the ring will come!

What Should I Wear for PunchHIIT ?  

Arrive prepared to engage in play. People usually wear clothes that wicks away sweat, provides enough coverage, stays in place, and facilitates easy movement across the range of motion of each exercise.



Cross Training Athletic Shoes. Wearing supportive, stable shoes that are comfy is important when you punch, kick, and shuffle your way around the pitch.

Quick Wraps or Mixed Martial Arts Gloves. Flexible gripping hand protection is essential because we’ll be taking up specialist equipment and hitting the bag at the same time. 

What do I need to Bring?  

Drink plenty of water, my friend! Make sure you carry a sufficient amount of water, and keep it close to the turf so you can easily access it. After that first round, you’ll be beaming, so remember to include a towel in your gym bag to absorb perspiration! Bring a positive attitude and a smile to share most significantly.


What Types of HIITZone Classes Are Available?  

4X4HIIT.

In the HIIT Zone, test your strength and cardiovascular stamina with four rotations of specially designed “quads.” Each quad includes challenging time splits and intense exercises to elevate your HIIT training to a whole new level. This intense 75-minute workout is very powerful!


AccelerateHIIT.

Using the turf and HIIT unit, this 45-minute advanced high-intensity training class will torch calories and intensify your workout. Badass Bootcamp.

With this amazing workout that will push you beyond your comfort zone and make you feel like the badass you are, you can become more than just a workout. The goal of the fitness and resistance circuit training session is to tone every part of your body, from head to toe and give you a sense of accomplishment and confidence.


Battle HIIT Out.

Step inside the ultimate HIIT combat zone. Teams of two should compete WITH your teammate to complete the most reps possible at each station. In this all-out, battleground workout, be ready for turf combat rounds where you compete in response drills to win the right to brag!

BuildHIIT.

Your fitness level will soar if you BUILD HIIT! The goal of BUILD HIIT is to strengthen your base of fitness and advance your skills. Just eight stations of this progressive workout will increase your VO2 Max, strength, balance, and muscle endurance. To develop your athletic abilities one station at a time start with the fundamentals in Round One, work your way up to more difficult exercises in Rounds Two and Three, and push yourself to the maximum in Round Four. This strenuous workout concludes with cardio and core turf drills that will leave you feeling accomplished but challenged!

CTC Launch Pad.

Step into this iconic CTC format and experience the ultimate in strength, cardio, and plyometric training that completely outperforms other workouts! Take on three missions for three rounds in your squadron of three, each intended to test your mettle and force you to reach escape velocity. You’ll feel like you’re in another dimension after this incredible sweatfest

 

Dropset HIIT.

This dynamic drop set training session is a strength-based program that aims to quickly build maximum muscle and strength. Come prepared to fail! After every exercise, run the rack. To develop and stabilize your stomach do a core set to get ready for the next station.Become energized
