For toning your abdominal muscles, do the leg lift with hip thrust exercise while resting on a bench. Using a flat bench place it so that your legs may extend out the end while you warm up for the activity.
Take a seat with your rear end close to one end of the bench and relax.
Hold the bench at head height for stability.
Stretch your legs straight out in front of you so they are level with your body while keeping your knees and feet together.The movement officially began at this point.
