  • Allow the exercise ball to roll back to your lower back as you take a step forward with your feet.
  • Touch the side of your head with  tips of the fingers. . This is where everything begin.
  • Pull your torso up so that your elbows are pointing toward your knees while you clench your abs.
  • Tighten your abs and take a break.
  • Return to the starting position after that.
